to terminally ill patients and their families.
HPCPO accepts all patients regardless of their
ability to pay. Your gift will be used
to bring hospice care to families who do
not have the resources and are unable to bear their burden
alone.

Ways to Donate
Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift to Hospice & Palliative Care Partners of Ohio
is given in memory of a loved one. Often,
families specify memorials to hospice in lieu of flowers in funeral
notices. Many people also
make annual memorial contributions in memory
of their loved one or to commemorate a special occasion.
