Through a partnership with Harborside Nursing Facilities, Hospice & Palliative Care Partners of Ohio is able to provide in-patient care specifically for our patients. Our two current locations, Harborside Westlake and Harborside Beachwood, provide convenient locations both to the east and west.

Special features at the Harborside Units include:

• Private and semi-private rooms decorated with a home-like quality, offering soft lighting, warm colors, and comfortable furnishings
• Residential and acute hospice care
• Specially trained professional staff and volunteers providing round-the-clock staffing
